Some of my patients are remotely located

I need to ensure that the nursing care delivered is at the highest standard.

Challenges can occur for patients from Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) patients.

I am unable to meet quality outcomes for some patients whose first language is not English.

It is especially difficult to provide nursing to patients whose first language is a new or emerging language in Australia. For example, the Chin language and dialects.

I am concerned that these patients may not receive care in a timely manner due to interpreters availability and costs associated with travelling.

If I fail to provide interpreters, these CALD patients will miss on  vital treatment information
