Responsible for the strategic leadership of the company

  

I need to clearly communicating how a company’s mission and vision will benefit the organization and facilitate open and clear communication among co-workers 

If I failed to communicate effectively and build rapport my employees will lack motivation and they will be less engaged and  loyal to the company

I am unable to engage regularly the employees outside the HQ. It is costly, disrupting and time consuming to meet my employees.
