I am unable to  recruit  high quality employees outside the HQ due to time and costs involved. I also find it difficult  to  efficiently accommodate employees in their virtual work locations and find ways to manage corporate culture, socialization and employee orientation.

I fear that the compromise with team building and hiring in locations outside the HQ will translate in a higher employee turnover  and increased costs.
